conservative suggests sticking to traditions, and liberal to trying new things. both are closed-minded. conservatives are not open to new opportunities and progression, while liberals are not open to idea of, "if it isn't broken, don't fix it". It's important to create a balance. To remember the old, while be open to change.

Yeah! Why is it that life is so easy to understand, while individuals attempt to scare others away by bringing up their 'pet' program on the political scene. 'anonymous said something good with... 'To remember the old, while being open to change', this is the basic infrastructure of life. This is not hard, but people tend not to think too far ahead. Hence they do not think to remember the lessons they have already learned, so inevitably they perpetuate a lifestyle which leads them in circles learning the same things over and over in different manners. In summary, remembering the past is brutally important in every aspect of life, it can improve our futures immensley. I agree with anonymous' (12-9)first deffinition of the 'two words'. I think the seperation in the government, ie. 'two parties' is great, but should we have as many 'parties' as there are causes or should we begin to learn from the past and implement the lessons into our world? Now a new problem is arisen, who's interpretation of 'the lesson learned' will we agree to agree on?
